課程簡介Course Description

The course emphasizes the application of statistics in business decision-making. Through case analyses, data sets, presentations, and computer-based exercises, students gain hands-on experience with the PPDAC (Problem, Plan, Data, Analysis, Conclusion) cycle. Equal emphasis is placed on understanding statistical and analytical methods and effectively presenting solutions to business problems. By the end of the course, each student is expected to:

  • Frame a business question effectively
  • Identify the appropriate analytical method to address the question
  • Analyze data using sound scientific principles
  • Interpret and present results in a managerial context
