11/29-12/19間,共三週課程:
(1)第一週線上上課:週六、週一、週三,19:00-21:00 。
(2)第二三週實體上課:每週一、三、五 14:00-16:00,每次2小時 + 週六全天。
每次課程均有回家作業,請掌握時間準時完成,以利教師批改回饋及進入下一單元。各次作業成績均納為學期成績。
Course Schedule: November 29 – December 19 (3 weeks in total)
Week 1 (Online Classes):
Classes will be held on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday from 19:00 to 21:00.
Weeks 2 & 3 (In-person Classes):
Classes will take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 14:00 to 16:00 (2 hours per session), plus full-day sessions on Saturdays.
Each class will be accompanied by homework.
Please manage your time and submit assignments on time to ensure instructors can provide feedback and to help you progress to the next unit. All assignments will count toward your final grade.

The course contains two main components:
Contract Drafting, Interpretation, and Negotiation under U.S. Law – with a primary focus on contract drafting. This section covers the essential elements of all U.S. contracts as well as contracts specific to certain types of transactions.
The Role of Lawyers in Negotiation – focusing on identifying issues, summarizing them for clients in clear and concise language, and meeting both the substantive and professional expectations of law firm clients and partners.
本課程全英語授課並邀請國際師資讓同學具備中外法學資料庫之認識與演練,並建立法律文件寫作基礎能力、法律實務能力應用與法學思維能力。同時,瞭解律師的角色與職責。律師的角色不僅是發現問題,還要協助解決問題並作出決策。
This course is conducted entirely in English and features international faculty.
It is designed to familiarize students with both domestic and international legal research databases, provide hands-on training, and build foundational skills in legal writing, practical legal application, and legal reasoning. The course also emphasizes understanding the role and responsibilities of lawyers—not only in identifying legal issues but also in helping clients resolve problems and make informed decisions.
