This course is designed to provide students with professional training encompassing both theoretical principles and practical applications in TESOL.

In pursuit of the stated goals, students will cultivate a robust theoretical foundation in key areas, including, but not limited to, Translingualism, World Englishes, Bilingualism, Teaching and Practices in Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening, Identity/Language Ownership, Professional Development for Teachers, Assessment and Feedback, Methods and Methodologies, Self-regulated Learning, and the integration of Technology in Teaching/Learning.
Course Objectives: By the end of the semester, students are expected to
Understand both theoretical frameworks and practical methodologies in TEFL.
