This class – Enterprise Innovation Platform (2) is a continued class of Enterprise Innovation Platform in Practice (EIPP). Rather than discussing a number of introductive models and framework of innovation platforms, this semester will look into some famous cases in depth. Also, some field studies on real-world companies will be carried out in order to bring students more practical experiences of learning how innovative enterprises are striving towards success in the competitive environment. Moreover, the guest speeches will discuss the critical success factors of how traditional businesses are transforming themselves into innovative players with the aid of innovation platforms.
