    1. In-class discussion (70%): Active participation is essential to the learning process in this seminar. Students are expected to engage thoughtfully in discussions, demonstrate familiarity with the assigned readings, and contribute constructively to class dialogue.
    2. Final presentation (30%): Each student will deliver a final presentation outlining a research proposal related to performance management. The presentation should clearly articulate the research question, theoretical framework, and proposed methodology.
