This course provides a basic understanding of international finance. We will use the tools in the macroeconomics to analyze how the interactions of economies affect the worldwide pattern of macroeconomic activity. Key topics include the foreign exchange
market and related policies and their implications both in the short run and in the long run.
Note: As long as there are enough seats in the classroom, this course is open for add-on registration.

This course aims to develope a comprehensive understanding of the structure and functioning of international finance markets.
Students are expected to acquire the capability of using Macroecomics models to analyz the related issues in the open economy, such as foreign exchange markets, international money markets ... etc.
