課程簡介Course Description

心理病理學為心理專業工作中核心的基礎知識之一,除作為精神、心理健康領域相關專業工作者間,彼此溝通、工作和研討的基礎,經由先前的實務工作者和研究者的研究和累積,其亦給予專業工作者一條可認識、回應心理苦痛者狀態和相關表現的「理路」。考慮到心理病理學作為認識、思考和理解相關實務或臨床現象,並據此提出相應之心理治療、諮商或療癒實踐的重要路徑,本課程將介紹和探討,關於心理病理學之概念、理論架構和工具以及相關議題,並進一步透過不同理論觀點和思考徑路深入討論和思索,以回應實務場域中,案主們所呈顯之繁複、多樣的狀態和現象。希望透過對相關知識的學習,學生們能不僅對於特定心理病理現象,及其內涵有所認識,亦能練習如何去思考心理病「理」或心理「議題」,鍛鍊對現象表現、呈顯之掌握,相關病理、議題之思辨,以及合適地理解心理苦痛的受苦者們,如何「生活」於各種的心理議題或病理樣態中,亦期待藉由不同取向觀點和反思的討論、思辯,能讓關於心理「病」理學的思考,更趨近於一種心理「苦」理學的探究。
