課程簡介Course Description

The course aims to equip students with the knowledge to integrate sustainability principles into corporate financial decision-making. Students will learn to identify environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and opportunities, analyze their impact on firm value, and develop strategies that balance financial performance with long-term sustainability goals. The course will also cover frameworks for sustainable investing, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
