The course is designed as an introductory course in corporate finance at the MBA level. The textbook covers the theories and practices of corporate finance. The assigned mini-cases are used as comprehensive exercises and for thought-provoking. The students shall form groups of 6-7 persons for the assignments and present one of their seven analyses to the class. The written analyses for each assignment shall be 1-2 pages long in addition to numerical works.
