The Management of Nonprofit Organizations offers a comprehensive, in-depth explanation of the most effective management practices that can be applied throughout a nonprofit organization. The curriculum brings together the latest information in the field of nonprofits, discussing the current knowledge and trends that aim to achieve effective practices in all phases of nonprofit research, theory, and experience.

    The Non-profit- organization offers practical advice on every aspect of managing nonprofit organizations, including the evolution of nonprofit organizations, board development, strategic planning, marketing, human resources development (staff and volunteers), revenue generation, fund raising, financial accounting, risk management, humanitarian assistance, social enterprise, and social media . In addition, the curriculum examines emerging topics of interest such as strategic alliances, knowledge management, international humanitarian assistance, and international development through nonprofit organizations
