課程簡介Course Description

This course aims to explore Phuket’s three facets: nature, agriculture, and multiculturalism. Students will visit natural and cultural attractions to learn about impacts of tourism and hospitality industry on local people, economy, and environment. The students will attend activities at two local communities. The activities at Bang Rong community are for the students to gain hand-on experience in agriculture and Thai Muslims’ way of life. The activities at Phuket’s old town community are for the students to experience multiculturalism.
