The purpose of this course is to help undergraduate students to develop a good understanding of organizational behavior (OB). To this end, students will learn about major concepts and theoretical frameworks in the field of OB and apply them to managerial problems in organizational settings.
A variety of instructional techniques will be used in this class, including but not limited to lectures, in-class activities, discussion, case studies, quizzes, and student presentations.

By the end of this course, students would be able to:
a) describe fundamental theories and recent empirical research in the field of
organizational behavior,
b) apply the scientific knowledge to analyze organizational issues in the modern
workplace,
c) design solutions to manage various issues in organizational settings, and
d) communicate competently to an academic or professional audience via both written
and oral presentations.
