本課程從制度的面向,去討論中共的政治設計與運作。在課程屬性上,屬於對中共政治制度,特別是黨務制度運作的進一步討論。因此,修習本課程的同學,必須對於中共黨政治度有基本的理解。在每週的課程規劃中,將針對中共體制的一項重要的領域,透過學術文獻的討論,去認識其梗概。
能力項目說明
本課程預計討論的政治制度,涉及到幹部甄補與編制、幹部培訓與考核、宣傳與思想工作、政法與維穩工作、政協與統戰工作、紀檢、政治局、領導小組、中央書記處與中央辦公廳、後勤制度、日常性和儀式性制度,以及地方治理與政創新等面向。希望在學期結束時,修課學生能夠對於中共政治制度有進一步的理解,並能獨立撰寫論文一篇,針對中共某項制度或類似議題,進行深入的探討。
