課程簡介: 本課程主要在探討學校行政相關理論與政策脈絡，將以實務運作之議題為主。其中包括校長領導、成員溝通、組織理論、特色課程、知識管理、與班級經營等課題，俾利學生將來能運用於教育職場。
Course description: The main objective of this graduate course is to provide students with an understanding of the practical application of theoretical and policy contexts of school administration. Students in this course will also explore topics such as principal leadership, member communication, organizational theory, specialized school programs, knowledge management, and classroom management; giving them practical skills for working in an educational setting.

學習目標與成效:
Course objectives: Specific course objectives are as follows: 1) To gain an understanding of the theoretical and operational aspects of school administration, and select topics for discussion and research; 2) To understand the characteristics of school administrative organizations and research paradigms; 3) To understand theories related to school administration (motivation, leadership, communication, decision making, etc.); 4) To understand the operation of school administrative organizations through case studies; 5) To understand and discuss the development of school policies; and 6) To understand and discuss controversial issues in school administration.
