本課程最主要的問題意識在於「如何與人一起工作」,將探討組織行為與人際關係,也就是在組織中的有效管理關係。本課程旨在幫助學生理解在組織中如何與他人建立高品質的專業關係,不論是身處基層、管理或是領導階層都需要具備對組織與人性的認識。透過閱讀、批判
性思考練習、提出解決方案、作業和案例討論,同學可以瞭解發展與人有效互動所需的人際關係技巧。
