本門課旨在培育在職碩士專班同學,在校務治理、領導能力、組織變革、教育行政系統以及相關概念模式皆能有所收穫。在全球面臨對公共教育服務提供皆面臨私部門的挑戰以及市場化競爭的年代,學校行政的分析與實踐必須有更為開闊的理論基礎與合適的討論視野,本門課之設計也是因此而來。期望透過師生在課堂上的互動,探討教育行政的變動趨勢,培育修課同學之專業與實務能力。
