Number of Students
This course's main objective is to develop students' ability to communicate and express themselves in written form. It is aimed to help students consolidate their intermediate level. The course will teach the principles of written compositions, the differences between diverse genres of texts, and the various tools authors use to achieve cohesiveness and contrast.

At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- recognize the genre of a given text
- evaluate a text's purpose, organization, and register
- use sentence connectors in an appropriate way
- structure their texts properly
- use collocates, synonyms, and antonyms to achieve cohesiveness and contrast
- correct and edit their texts
