本課程目標旨在提供企管所學生系統化地了解和討論企業核心功能『營運與供應鏈管理』的基本觀念、理論和實務應用,冀望學生畢業後能應用所學於企業管理實務,協助企業在品質、成本、交期、創新和顧客價值等方面提昇競爭力。
