課程簡介Course Description

This is a course to describe the alternative investment which is the asset management field can be differentiated from the traditional security investment theory that do only deal with the portfolio management and investment in stocks and bonds. The alternative investemnt so called multiasset investment involves the investment management of entrepreneurial venturing, buisness innovatin venturing, corporate venturing capital business, general venture capital investment, private equity business and the extensive hedge fund.

    I.  This course is serving the aims of reaching the following outcomes:

    1.  It covers the major thought in financial academic logics and professional training guides in terms of investment theory, investment model, investment strategies and investment evaluation for the business of new start-up, corporate venturing, venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds
    2.  It explores critical developments of practical operations, evidences and cases that can grow students’ professional qualifications and capabilities.

    academic research knowledge and professional practical applications and understanding.
