    課程目的: 培養博士班學生具備下列各種能力:

    1. 能夠選擇人力資源管理研究領域的核心議題;
    2. 能夠從事人管研究的知識創新;
    3. 瞭解人力資源管理相關的理論,並能夠應用合宜的理論於研究議題的分析上;
    4. 能夠運用高等研究方法,增加研究的嚴謹性。
