Reliability refers to the long-term quality of a product, and the purpose of conducting reliability tests is to evaluate the product's lifetime. However, with the advancement of industrial technology, collecting effective product failure information within the limited experimental time is difficult, making it more challenging to infer reliability. This course will discuss various real data types in reliability tests and apply mathematical statistics methods to conduct reliability analysis.
能力項目說明
This course will introduce the reliability test, providing students with a basic understanding and analysis skills of reliability testing. Students will learn how to apply statistical methods to evaluate the reliability of products and conduct practical analysis using the software R.
