本課程旨在探討土地產權理論基礎,藉由經濟分析方法之運用,進行土地產權法制經濟之分析,奠立研究理論及方法基礎,以為開啟前瞻性理論研究之基石。

2.具備熟稔相關理論與經濟分析方法之運用。
3.具備深度閱讀與地政有關英文期刊能力。
