As the business world has become globalized today, we frequently work with people of different cultures or work in multi-cultural teams. This course aims to bring you a deeper understanding of various elements of culture related to business, avoiding the pitfalls, and finding the complementary strengths that will benefit the business. Through the learning of cultural norms and practical tips, one would learn how to work more effectively across cultural boundaries and manage multi-cultural workforces.
