Both business environment and social norms and culture have evolved and posed challenges for strategically planning for organizational transformation and for leading the next generation of workforce. Leaders are compelled to acquire strategic orientation and the competencies to ensure the sustainability of any initiative. The course aims to provide learners with a systematic understanding of leadership and its role in strategic planning and execution of organizational transformation through pedagogical learning of business processes with empirical case discussions. Furthermore, through the in-class experiential learning, the course will also focus on developing the learners’ result-based leadership and tools for ensuring effective implementation of strategies.
