This course is designed for the Executive Master Program in Strategic and International Studies in the Department of Diplomacy, the College of International Affairs. The manual is based on my class -international communication and international relations -for the undergraduates. I revise, update and enrich the manual to make it suitable for the mid-career professionals with a clear emphasis on communication,culture and diplomacy. As the teaching manual shows, it is a special course for the mid-career professionals wh are prepared to recharge their itellectual batteries and enrich their working experiences in dealing with different cases in this age of AI. I have prepared a comprehensive manual which combine both theories and cases to help our students to study this project. In every week, I will explain the basic concepts first and, then, share my insights on the questions listed in the manual and open the class for questins and discussions. I will give the concluding remarks and point out the areas for further studies.
Students will be able to learn current events, academic theories, successful cases together with some of the failing ones. It is deep learning process for students to compare, understand and apply after their ggraduation from the program. Please refer to the manual for further details.

Studensts are encouaged to make presentation individually or as a group. This is very productive and serves the good prposes of learning as my teaching experience on the class of "Methodology in Strategic and International Studies" has shown. I will continue to use this method. There is no need for students to take mid-term or final examinations. If they prefer to write a long essay, they are welcome to do so.
