課程簡介Course Description

固態物理(一),與接續的固態物理(二),探討以晶體為主之固體物理性質,內容包含古典固態理論,晶體結構及電子能帶結構,以及相關的電學、熱學、光學、與磁學性質。本課程大量使用量子力學的運算,並運用統計力學與電動力學的基礎知識。

Solid state Physics (I) and (II) explore the physics of solids, primarily crystalline matter. The scope encompasses classical solid state theory, crystalline and electronic band structures, and the related electrical, thermal, optical, and magnetic properties. The courses have heavy use of quantum mechanics and draw on the knowledge of statistical mechanics and electrodynamics
