課程簡介Course Description

「健康心理學」是集合了心理學中特定的教育、科學、實務上的成就以貢獻於有關健康之提昇與維持、疾病的預防與治療、及健康、疾病、功能不良之病因及診斷相關因素之辨認,以及分析與改進健康照護系統與健康政策的制定(Matarazzo,1980)。

    本課程目標為學習由「臨床心理學」之角度,探討「健康」相關議題,並初步認識健康心理學如何應用於臨床上。預計學習成效為:

    1. 認識Health PsychologyBio-Psycho-Social Model
    2. 學習Stress Model及其臨床應用
    3. 學習健康心理學如何應用於老化議題、糖尿病、慢性疼痛及癌症上
