分成醫院及學校。在醫院中，由督導規劃每週進度。在學校，由授課教師負責進行每週督導。因為全職實習，故每週學習時數為40+小時，需依實習醫院規定準時繳交各種報告、記錄與作業。
相關閱讀資料(除所列參考書目外)由實習單位指定。
醫院督導成績與學校教師成績各50%計分。區分為臨床態度、專業知能、衡鑑報告書寫作三部分來計分。
