課程簡介Course Description

「行為睡眠醫學(behavioral sleep medicine; BSM)」是一個新興的專業領域,主要著重在整合睡眠科學與行為科學及心理學的知識與技術,運用在睡眠疾患的評估與治療上。「睡眠心理學(Sleep Psychology)」已在2013年正式成為美國心理學會認可的第14個專業心理學(professional psychology)的專科。BSM的臨床專業已經廣泛被用於失眠、兒童睡眠疾患、晝夜節律睡醒疾患(circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders)等睡眠相關疾患的評估與治療,其療效獲得實徵研究的支持。2005年美國國家衛生研究院(National Institute of Health)針對失眠的專家會議便已建議心理及行為治療需列為第一線的治療選項(NIH, 2005),2016年美國醫師學院(American College of Physician) 的失眠治療指引更直接建議,所有慢性失眠的成人患者,皆應該先給予失眠認知行為治療(cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, CBT-I),可見睡眠心理學的領域已經逐漸成形,並在睡眠醫學領域扮演不可或缺的角色。

        然而受過BSM訓練的專業人員仍然相當不足,政大心理系的心理研究所已於2018年通過行為睡眠醫學學會(Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine)的認證,成為BSM的訓練機構。本課程即為BSM訓練的基本課程之一,一方面可以提供BSM專業人員臨床技術的基礎訓練,一方面也提供非BSM專長的臨床心理專業人員對於BSM衡鑑及治療基本的認識與實務訓練。

    1. 瞭解如何整合睡眠科學與行為科學及心理學的知識與技術,運用在睡眠疾患的評估與治療上。 
    2. 熟悉BSM的臨床評估方式與工具。
    3. 訓練失眠的認知行為治療(cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia; CBT-I)的基本概念與技術。
    4. 訓練晝夜節律睡—醒疾患(circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders; CRSWD)的基本概念與臨床介入。
    5. 訓練兒童行為睡眠疾患的基本概念與臨床介入。
    6. 瞭解精神疾患與睡眠疾患共病的評估與介入方式。
    7. 熟悉BSM在其他睡眠疾患的應用。
