本課程的設計涵蓋阿語系大二學生的聽說讀寫的能力，與阿拉伯語（二）課程主題相互配合，除閱讀和語法的解釋外，特別著重於口語表達能力之練習，藉由朗誦文本及對話練習以熟悉阿拉伯語的日常應用，並輔以錄音作業加強口說能力。學生必須於課前預習當日課程內容，上課通過教師講授、學生參與課中活動，並藉由分組對話及角色扮演重複並熟悉教材的詞彙、句型和語法。
能力項目說明
本課程目標在加強阿語系二年級學生的口語表達能力。學生在學習本課程後，期末預期除了達到基本日常生活所需之社交對話外，同時特別針對旅遊/休閒、運動、歷史、節慶和人物特徵描述等議題能充分表達意見。

(1) Attendance and Participation (10%):
Students are expected to attend class sessions regularly and on time. Students will be allowed only 3 absences throughout the semester.
(2) Homework Assignments (15%):
Late assignments will receive partial credit (70%) and only be accepted up to one week from the deadline. Please let your instructor know if you have special circumstances that interfere with your ability to complete assignments in a timely manner. The filename should include the student’s name and the current week number, for example, “朴寶劍 Week 1.”
(3) Recording Assignments (15%):

(4) Quizzes (20%):
There will be a total of 4 quizzes throughout the semester. If a student must miss a quiz, they should contact the instructor in advance.
(5) Midterm (20%):
The midterm assessment will consist of written and oral components. The written midterm examination (10%) will be given in class on Wednesday, April 10th. The oral component (10%) of the midterm exam will be scheduled during week 8. Details of the oral component will be discussed in class.
(6) Final Examination (20%):
The final exam will be scheduled during week 17. Details of the exam will be discussed in class.
