在如今瞬息萬變的全球經濟情勢以及日益激烈的企業競爭態勢的大環境下,公司高層經理人必須面對具 有高度不確定性的資本投資與融資決策。本課程之主要目標在幫助學生運用財務管理的觀念做成公 司財務決策分析與規劃,希望以課堂討論及「個案教學」方式達到學生深入將學理知識與實務運用 結合一體,以達到學以致用的效果。 主題涵蓋公司治理、資金成本、資本預算、企業評價、資本結構、企業融資等。同學在修此們課之 前,需要擁有財務管理的基本知識。

This course aims to provide students with training in two dimensions: (1) logical thinking, and (2) problem-solving. After this course, students should be able to identify the critical issues for corporate financial problems, develop the logic of critical thinking, and apply appropriate financial theory to solve problems.
