本課程著重理論與實務之探討，在政經金融劇變的年代，企業最易首當其衝，組織如何穩定運作、調整與適應，並超越突破，非常重要。領導是任何組織運作的核心，領導足以形塑或影響組織文化，進而影響組織績效；公司治理著重於組織之有效設計與運作，金融市場之參與者如能將兩者密切結合，將能發揮宏大綜效。
This course will focus on the study of theory and practice in leadership and corporate governance. Leadership is the core of organization and corporate governance emphasis on effective design and operation of organization. If financial participants can closely linkage both of them. It can be created huge synergy for the organization.
能力項目說明
由老師針對領導與公司治理理論與實務做提綱挈領地講授後，同學先研讀及蒐集相關資料，並提出書面報告及口頭簡報，再相互研討及由老師補充或評論。期能培養同學未來金融市場參與者（含金融業及發行公司）具有卓越領導思維及技能，並能透徹明瞭及善用公司治理，成就組織運作綜效，也有機會成為金融市場之卓越領導者。
