This course belongs to the core curriculum of the School of Commerce graduate programs. It provides students with rigorous analytical tools in microeconomics, which are fundamental for future studies. This one-semester course will cover basic consumer and producer theory and general equilibrium theory. Moreover, we will also introduce the decision under uncertainty, basic game theory, and its applications in oligopoly and information economics.
