本課程主旨為探討不動產市場的土地整合行為、策略與經濟分析。

尤其著重土地重劃(land readjustment)與都市更新(urban reneal)之土地整併(land assembly/ land pooling)及再開發等問題與運作分析。

    課程內容分為不動產市場之土地整併行為及策略之基本理念探討,以及土地重劃與都市更新等土地整併方式之運作與運用兩大主軸。
    第一部份介紹不動產市場之土地整併行為及策略之基本理念;第二部分探討土地重劃整併方式與運作之制度及問題;第三部分為都市更新的土地整合之制度分析及於不動產市場之運作情形。
