The purpose is this course is to provide advanced studies on global governance and international law through extensive reading on theoretic foundation and intensive in-class engagement. The activities during the class will cover debate, model-IO meeting and mock-trial or moot-court etc. Students are expected to deeply engage with in-class activities, which will be taken into account for their final score of the course. The aim of this course is not to train international lawyers, but to equip the students an angle or a perspective through which they can critically assess global issues that impact one’s everyday life.
