課程簡介Course Description

本課程旨在對全球化下,國際關係與國際安全的各種分析框架,並回顧影響當代全球秩序的主導議題。本課程目的為研習國際衝突與安全之相關文獻資料,特別針對戰爭與國際衝突的理論論述,實證方法,與相關理論討論。在介紹有關領土議題,聯盟議題與傳統與非傳統安全議題上,帶領學生學習相關知識與邏輯分析。此外,也針對全球化下有關自由貿易與區域整合進行討論.主要使對國際安全懷有濃厚興趣的學生可藉由本課程,研究全球安全的相關議題。

    課程目標與學習成效Course Objectives & Learning Outcomes

    學習完本課程後,學生將對全球化與國際安全相關議題,具有基本了解。目標使學生對各子議題建立基礎的認識,並為進一步的研究和專業化做準備。課程的第一部分為國際安全與社會科學的一般性學科介紹,包括基本國際關係理論與衝突論等。此後將展開不同議題的討論,舉凡領土問題,聯盟議題,外交政策,與外交援助等。並切入區域整合與貿易一體化。

    課堂參與將從課堂討論與分組討論評量。期望達到讓學生積極參與,增加學習成效。

    期末報告

    個人期末報告分為課堂口頭報告與書面報告。題目需與本課程內容相關,並在期末進行個人口頭報告。

    「注意事項」:

    1. 課堂參與包括課堂討論與分組討論成績(各50%)。分組討論由學生分成不同小組,每個禮拜負責小組帶領討論。
    2. 學生請假依據本校請假系統執行,請假緣由應於一週內出具證明。若無法出具證明將當做曠課論。一學期無故曠課三次,課堂參與零分。期中考試無故缺席不得補考,該考試依據零分計算。
    3. 期末報告為個別報告。 期末報告分為課堂報告與書面報告,書面報告上限9000字。
    4. 本課程之各項作業與考試,依據學術倫理規範執行。若有抄襲,剽竊,舞弊之情事,該報告或考試依零分計算。
    5. 本課程所有評量,皆依據評量標準(rubrics)來進行。
