For professional and personal success in today's dynamic and interconnected world, leadership skills and the ability to navigate group dynamics are crucial. In this course, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and strategies you need to become an effective leader and a valuable member of your team. By combining individual and group activities with theoretical concepts, this course emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. It will also cover topics such as motivation and team dynamics. The course will conclude with a discussion of ethical considerations in leadership.

    This is an engaging course. Throughout the course, students share information and ideas with each other. The willingness of the student to engage rigorously with the material, to listen, to engage with an open mind, and to actively participate in class is very important.

    4. Tower challenge (me and others)
    5. Tuckman’s theory + Johari’s Window
    6. Creating trust

    9. Motivating others (world café activity)
    10. Facilitating change
    11. Individual presentation (my action plan)
