訓練博士班同學進行保險法比較研究之基礎能力。並熟悉近來有重要變動之立法例、以及重要議題之發展情況。本學期將以保險科技與法律之重要議題為主要研討對象。以論文強化workshop的方式進行。由修課同學輪流報告導讀重要文獻與自己的進度，再進行綜合研討。本課程為博士班必修，碩士班選修。

完成本課程後，學生將具備更成熟的保險法比較研究能力，並對英美法文獻與搜尋更能掌握。

1. 課程參與（20%）
課堂出席率與參與之程度。
2. 文獻閱讀與討論（40%）
每單元之期刊、判決、法條與閱讀資料，會安排每位同學輪流主講、導讀、研討。
3. 期末報告（40%）
針對相關之主題，與老師討論後，提出口頭與期末書面報告。
