課程簡介Course Description

本課程主要設計為對東南亞國際關係主要理論與核心議題有深入研究興趣的碩博士班研究生所開設。由於東南亞國際關係研究並不只該侷限於外交關係與各國外交政策之解析,本課程內容選擇不採探討個別國家外交政策之傳統研究途徑,但仍將有部分週數討論主要國家的外交政策,最主要將以議題導向針對東南亞國際關係的主要理論及概念,對應當前東南亞最新發展進行參照研究。目的在於提供選修學生最新的東南亞區域研究概念、知識與方法,以及對於東南亞當前國際議題與發展關注的進階知識。

    本課程專為東亞所碩、博士研究生所設計之選修課程,並且以「知識建構」(東南亞國際關係的學理與議題探索)與「知識生產」(學術論文的實際操作與撰寫)為兩大目標,授課教師一方面將大量引介當前國際與國內學界探討東南亞國際關係的重要理論與最新研究成果;另一方面,授課教師將協助修課同學在學期結束後完成一篇以授課內容範圍為主的研究論文,並安排正式學術程序發表

    評量工具與策略、評分標準成效Evaluation Criteria

    1. 出席率與課堂參與(50%):包括課堂出席、發言與本周與閱讀報告(issue paper)。本課程為碩士班以上專業課程,若有四次無故曠課,本學期成績以零分計算。最後,本課堂需繳交課堂報告,碩士班同學以分組方式進行每週導讀,而博士生為每週導讀。未導讀同學需提交同時提供導讀報告。本課程亦開放本校東南亞學程高年級同學修讀。
    2. 學期報告(50%):本學期最後評分將著重於學期研究論文,本論文將以完整學術論文方式呈現,以本學期授課議題為範圍。論文繳交期限為學期結束後一個月內完成。
