本課程以老師於中央與地方、地政與財政工作經歷，將學術融合於法令實務，就以下課題授課：土地法、國有財產法及土地政策下公部門財產管理、地方與中央政府公產管理及案例研究、公有財產租約及使用管理、國有及北市地上權制度及案例探討、國內外促參案例、公有財產宿舍管理及案例研究、世大運場館利用。並就老師公務拜訪美國、荷蘭、英國、日本、澳洲、德國、義大利、中國等國家心得分享，整理有趣的議題與同學討論。不動產估價師考試土地利用與本課程之關聯，亦將觸及以利同學考用合一。
Based on practical experience working for central and local government covering land and finance administration, academic ideas will blend into the regulation and practice, share the following topics:
Besides, some countries including US, Netherlands, UK, Japan, Australia, Germany, China etc, which lecturer once visited for official purposes before, will come up interesting issues and discuss with participants. Land use application in Real estate appraiser exam will be touched as well.

1. 提供同學財產利用研究概念Provide students with an overview of state-of-art academic and professional research across various aspects of property Use.
2. 教導同學國內外財產利用規範Provide students with knowledge about property Use in terms of regulatory perspective both domestically and internationally.
3. 灌輸財產利用學術研究文章Instill students with ideas about property use policy in terms of academic perspective.
4. 指導同學發表國際財產利用論文Guide participants to do research and write paper potentially for publication.
5.輔導同學如何考上不動產估價師並將土地利用導入估價作業Guide participants how to become eligible for real estate appraiser and application of land use into appraisal practice
