The purpose of this course is to analyze Mr. Warren Buffett's investment strategy and methodology from a sustainable business perspective. A sustainable business is defined and understood as a business with long-term version for generating corporate profits and promoting community sustainability preferably at a global level. This course also evaluates a CSR or sustainability report released by a Berkshire Hathaway company such as a Brooks, Dairy Queen, Fruit of the Loom, or GEICO report. Moreover, this course will help students comprehend the significance of certificated circular products. [Note: To achieve the aforementioned goal, this course will try to invite several firms to cooperate with each other and arrange an organization temporarily entitled "Platinum League of Circular Products" (PLCP).]

Grades will be determined on the basis of the student’s performance in relation to a) class attendance and participation, b) two individual assignments, c) one group presentation on reviewing a Berkshire Hathaway company and d) one research report.
