At this semester, the seminar on Public International Law (for graduated students) is to investigate the concepts of public International Law from a deeper perspective. Students are expected to learn from the foundations to the broader extent of public international law, particularly related to the formation, interpretation, application, and enforcement of public international law. This learning concept is important to those who intend to focus on internationalized domestic law issues or plan to conduct interdisciplinary research on IL/IR issues.
The working language of this seminar would be bilingual, but if possible, it intends to be held in English mainly.
