一、主要討論內容：從Drug Discovery Today, Nature Biotechnology, JAMA Intern Med., N. Engl. J. Med., Nature Reviews Drug Discovery等期刊中，挑選出與最新科技、智慧財產權及相關判例、生技製藥產業經營管理、生技製藥創新創業、產學合作等議題相關的文章。
二、每堂課會由3-4位同學就3-4篇文章進行報告。課堂參與的老師，除了任課教師之外，另外有3-5位的專家學者參加（例如：陽明交大/政大相關系所老師、醫院主管、專利商標事務所律師與主管、生技製藥產業主管等）
能力項目說明
讓同學能就生技製藥範疇有機會進行跨領域（科技、智慧財產權、商業管理、創新創業等）的學習，以符合產業發展上的需求。
以下排課僅供參考，上課進度Class Schedule仍在規劃中，正式課程內容於第一堂課告知。
原則上一學期安排六堂課（每次三小時），分別在政大及陽明上課。
