This course aims to teach students to understand the reporting on international news and programs by fundamental reporting and working principles. It also hopes to prepare students to know the variety of approaches for news production that may be under the limit. Through discussion and teamwork, students are thus able to learn the format and make quality international reports
In addition to lecturing, the instructor (Michael Yu) will coordinate sequences of guest lectures/workshops with renowned media professionals from Reuters (e.g., Phil Smith), Central News Agency (CNA), and Taiwan Plus.
