CNCCU and Tsinghua SEM cooperate to deliver this course for MBA students of both universities, in order to:
1. Develop critical thinking to evaluate the external forces that influence the managing job opportunities in Taiwan and Mainland China,
2. Learn how to analyze a market regarding its political, economic, and cultural factors, and
3. Understand the internal and external pressures when making managerial decisions in a different business environment.

Introduction and class overview, research topic assignment, and pre-departure assignment
5/17~5/24 One-week intensive classes in Tsinghua University, Beijing
9/30~10/7 One-week intensive classes in NCCU, Taipei

Students have to commit to all these class sessions.
